The residence comprises two 4-storey buildings. Residence "Conseil", 4 storeys. In the centre of Saint Gervais. In the complex: lift, storage room for skis. In Winter: please take snow chains. Shop, grocery, restaurant 20 m, railway station "Le Fayet" 6 km, outdoor swimming pool 1 km, thermal baths "Thermes de Saint Gervais" 5 km. Tennis 1.4 km, minigolf 1.4 km, gondola lift 1 km, ski bus stop 20 m, ice field 300 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont Blanc. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). Very pleasant, bright and functional duplex. Exterior equipped with a corner terrace allowing you to enjoy the sunshine. Very well equipped (only missing a microwave). Direct access to the center of St Gervais and private underground parking is a plus.

Spacious and well appointed apartment. 2 bathrooms (enough) and not 3 as specified in the ad. Located in the city center about 15 minutes walk from the gondola. A flat on the rental, noise of trolleys every morning from 6:30 am due to the supermarket placed just below the apartment. Difficult to rest.

Nice apartment well decorated and very well equipped (still missing a microwave!) Relatively quiet despite the location in the city center. The only downside is the noise from 7:30 a.m. of the rolling carts of the XXX XXX located under the apartment and the very practical but very very small underground garage! (Saloon, station wagon or 4x4 do not fit).
