Beautiful house and pool (heated? because water was almost 20 degrees) and views. Table tennis, football, swimming gear Minuses can be 1. internet unstable 2. often clouds against the mountain and therefore always less sun (also because of the mountain gone after 1830) cooler than at the sea (where it was always clear blue until 2100 sun). In high season this could be an advantage 3. It takes about an hour to get to Antibes, Nice and Cannes 4. Collect the key on arrival, but it is reasonably close to the route

The house is on a slope and you have a beautiful view of Nice and the sea. The pool is big and very clean

The condition of the garden was very wild, the pool was not properly cleaned. The lady on site took care of it, but the landlord should do it. Upon arrival, two beach chairs broke directly, which were not replaced. The laundry package included one towel per person and was not replaced after a week, nor were there any towels for the pool. Otherwise the house was very nice and very well divided for 8 people.
