Garden not maintained, uncultivated Swimming pool not maintained, not swimmable PoolHouse and swimming pool toilet not cleaned Refrigerator, toaster, oven, microwave, shower Kitchen sink: dirty Toilet: dirty Shower room: dirty Broken garden furniture No instructions for household appliances TV: 250 channels, all in German, Russian, Ukrainian, 3 French channels blocked No protection on mattresses Insufficient bedding Etc. etc.

Beautiful house and garden with great views of the sea. The house would actually be nice, but it is very neglected. The two lower rooms could not be used due to water damage (no information in advance). One bathroom can only be used to a limited extent because all fittings are covered with verdigris (toxic). The terrace has collapsed.
