Reception was excellent with key holder. On the other hand, the landlord lives next to the building and can keep an eye on you if he wants. Camera on the back of his facade, "focused on the swimming pool. Comes via the garage unannounced to refill the swimming pool on Friday while Saturday is changeover day and no new tenants are coming. No wifi unfortunately. The landlord has replaced the shower head, quickly but was also old with little pressure. Location is super good!! House is large and super clean and tidy! But we did not feel free

Villa almost in the center of Sainte Maxime and yet very quiet and secluded. Port and center within 10 minutes walking distance. Car can be parked well on closed property.
