The apartment is good, close to everything, it's very pleasant. Even without air conditioning, it's not necessarily too hot in the apartment. The appliances are really good (recent). The big negative point for us was the garage, much too small, impossible to put our car (SUV) in it and no space in the residence. Fortunately we found spaces further up on a street just opposite (free)

The apartment is in a good location, but it has no air conditioning and the elevator in the apartment building is outdated.

It is a nice apartment with a nice balcony and a nice location! Great view, within walking distance of the center and beach (if you are good on your feet!). Parking is fine but outside the fence. Entrance to the parking garage only for small cars. Clean, new kitchen, easily accessible. Good beds. Lots of storage space. Disadvantage: room rather uninviting and 1 bedside table is in front of the closet so that it cannot be opened. The hallway is very dark and the light switch is not within reach, automatic on and off is much better

Spacious apartment ideally located near the beach and the city center. Well equipped kitchen but fridge too small and filthy hood. Lack of dishwasher Rolling shutters dilapidated to replace. Uncomfortable sofa bed.

Apartment in great location as close by to beach, shops and restaurants. Very clean and tidy but the overall decoration could do with some modernisation.
