no terrace! many hot top as rental. no working vacuum cleaner. I requested a change that was not made. Access to the swimming pool not at all indicated in the book or the apartment number. In short, not at all satisfied and I will not go back to you the next time when it was the 4th time that I went through your services; Very disappointed, no humanity; in short, everyone cares!
