Dear Sir or Madam, unfortunately, the problem on the terrace has still not been resolved. You promised us a fix in 2024. When it rains, water drips onto the table and terrace and gets into the food. We complained about it to the St. Tropez office on September 4, 2025, and were told to wait until the day of departure, when the manager was supposed to come. No one came to provide on-site assistance. You have the photos from 2024.

Apartment very well equipped and furnished with taste (decor with character but sober and timeless enough to please everyone). Exceptional rooftop terrace. On the other hand, assigned parking space often occupied by another car, narrow space and fairly strong musty smell. Anyway, the building dates from the 70s.... but a very good note for the apartment.
