*The swimming pool isn't fenced. If you're bringing little ones, they'll need to be supervised at all times.
*We suggest hiring a car for ease – there's parking space for up to four cars here.
*This home is spread over two floors, with no internal lift, but there’s a ground-floor bedroom and bathroom here for those with reduced mobility. One of the bedrooms can be found in the annexe with a final room situated in a studio at the bottom of the garden.
*If you're travelling with little ones, your host can provide a cot and high chair for free.
*While the home can sleep up to fourteen people, the maximum occupancy is twelve guests.
