We had a lovely family holiday. The house was perfect. Everyone felt at home. Minor issues (a sink was very leaky, the property door was stuck, the olive trees were very dirty) were manageable.

There were problems with the power supply. A residual current device (RCD) tripped repeatedly. As a result, the refrigerator, other kitchen appliances, and air conditioning stopped working. Only after the washing machine's fuse was switched off did the RCD work. We immediately reported the problem to the property manager via WhatsApp, but never received a response, nor did anyone come to address the issue. This certainly represents a significant travel deficiency, especially since electricity is a safety-related issue. Compensation?

Modern house, within walking distance of the beautiful beach, equipped with everything you need. The fifth room, in the annex, was not clean, and the furnishings were broken: the room is unsuitable. Everything in the house is still acceptable (except for the fifth room), but unfortunately, there are several weaknesses. All fixtures are calcified, and the water drains poorly. The garden furniture is outdated, partially broken, and not clean. Some of the room furniture is damaged. It's not perfect. The manager is friendly and helpful.

The house and its outdoor facilities are superbly constructed. The location is simply stunning. Unfortunately, there were many defects that diminished the overall impression. Considering the price, these were quite disturbing. Many pieces of furniture were already broken or very worn. The bedrooms and the studio were not air-conditioned; only the living room and hallway had them. The gas grill was unusable because only one of the five burners worked. There was no water pressure in some of the bathrooms. The manager only speaks French.

Beautiful house, good location. The price-quality ratio needs to be reviewed because the quality is not there. Vacuum cleaner repaired with large tape. Rusty clothes horse. A faux leather bed base is falling apart, as is the headboard. The stoves are very damaged, we have not used them. Green waste dump at the back of the house..... We have photos.

Beautiful location near the beach, ideal for a relaxing holiday. Too bad the neighbors are bothered by the children's laughter.

Upon entering the villa, the charm is instantly felt. The vegetation, the rooftop balcony, and the beautiful pool make this property quite exceptional. However, the grill only worked halfway and had no handle. Only two pans were usable on the induction hob, and the fridge was very dirty and not emptied upon our arrival. Finally, the mattresses were either very soft or very hard. The beds are very damaged. This somewhat spoils the experience.

A beautiful and spacious villa with a large swimming pool, not far from the beach on foot. We were 12 adults and 2 children for a birthday, mine in this case! Everything went well while respecting the neighborhood!

Perfect for 12 people (although indicated for 14) The housekeeping was very conflictual. Be careful because the deposit must be in cash and the person who manages the keys tries to help themselves if you have not mopped the floor (even if the main cleaning is done). It is not pleasant to end the stay with a feeling of being ripped off.

The exterior amenities are perfect. However, the quality of the finishes and equipment leaves a little to be desired. We understand why there are no photos of the studio. It's in very poor condition. The cleaning could be better. In the shower of one of the bedrooms, the mixer tap is blocked by a hose. Therefore, we can't get either cold or very hot water. For a few days, we can ignore it, but over a longer period, it becomes annoying.
