Apartment as described. ‌Very good bedding, efficient ceiling fans. Negative point: the noise of planes from 6:00 am to after midnight (due to daily flight delays). Impossible to sleep window closed with a high temperature, the building being poorly insulated. Well out of summer season (less plane, less heat) A very beautiful view of Nice and the sea.
