Disappointing accommodation, with many shortcomings. Some of the sockets did not work half the time. Defective washing machine. When we tried to wash clothes, the washing machine did not empty the water it had used, so when we opened the door, water equivalent to three tubs spilled out onto the floor. We therefore had to use all the towels to dry up water from the entire apartment. The towels also had stains on them when we received them. A pillowcase was missing from one of the pillows. The air conditioner was very weak
