Basically a nice house. Some areas for improvement: - A general makeover would be nice - Garden maintenance (lots of weeds) - There was dog poop on the gravel in several places in the backyard - No air conditioning at 37 degrees Celsius is practically unacceptable. Inside, it was always 30-32 degrees Celsius, even at night. Fortunately, Dyson fans provided some relief at night. - Far too little shade (a larger tree?) - The pool deck was dirty and the system was very outdated. Very annoying to open and close.
