Some renovations have been completed, e.g., the garden wall and fence. However, there are still some things that need to be updated or replaced (bed frames, mattresses, upper window sills, lower crockery). The view of the Mediterranean from the upper terrace is a real treat. The real plus of this house!

Villa poorly located for the beach and the courtyards. Difficult and dangerous to get a vehicle in and out of the rental. The upper bedroom bed is unsuitable: too large, preventing the wardrobe and dresser drawers from opening. The exterior staircase is difficult to navigate, with no railing. The wooden shutters are at the end of their life and one hesitates to operate. Upstairs: Impossible to eat inside due to the lack of a decent table. The microwave is too sophisticated. On the plus side: air conditioning in every room.

Nice place, sea view from balcony. The beds and bathrooms are good. The ground floor was just renovated. Air conditioning on both floors and 1 of the bedrooms. Important to know that the two floors are only connected by an outside staircase. Special layout and choices (confusing), both floors complete kitchen, above the sofas and the TV, below the large dining table (with only 3 chairs) and above tiny dining table. 8 people the furnishings are not sufficient.

This beautiful house is fully equipped. A lovely holiday home close to the sea. Beautiful view, quiet location. Worth repeating. Only point are the beds. A sofa bed in the room is a bit of improvisation with two boys aged 14 and 18. But it is doable for a two-week holiday.
