So far, it's okay, but not very well maintained. The kitchen cabinets are worn, the vacuum cleaner is cheap, the brooms are completely worn out, weeds are growing on the terrace, the garden is unkempt, and the garage is full of junk. All of it isn't bad, but it's not great either. With a little effort, the apartment could be significantly better. And a vacation rental without internet...

As indicated in several comments, the apartment does indeed have aging equipment and is difficult to operate (door handles, blinds, etc.). Cleanliness needs improvement. The room on the ground floor is 3m² and is unbelievable. There seem to be problems with sewer smells, perhaps due to the storms that occurred. On the plus side, the residence is beautiful and well located, and the pool is very pleasant with a magnificent view. In summary, the accommodation is really only suitable for 2 people, not difficult.

Location is nice, Swimming pool was not heated. The interior (sofa chairs …) Are less comfortable.

Rental with aging services, unusable outdoor furniture because the chairs are in very poor condition, lack of equipment in the bathroom, unstable toilet seats, rental intended for 4 but sofa intended for 2, second bedroom leaves more than to be desired, in short very basic rental we pity the people paying full price for that...

The house is best suited for 2 adults. Nice balcony on the 1st floor with a magnificent view over the bay of Saint Tropez. Short distance to swimming pool. Nice quiet and closed area. Cleaning could be improved. Interior is ok but lacks wifi. Ok house for the price.
