The apartment is located directly in the pretty, family-friendly bay of Saint Clair. From the balcony, you can enjoy a beautiful view. A small shop is a 5-minute walk away, and the coastal path takes you to the harbor in 10 minutes, and the center of Le Lavandou in 20 minutes. The apartment is very well equipped. Unfortunately, there is a fairly busy road behind the apartment, adjacent to the bedrooms, so there is some noise disturbance at night if the window is open.

The house is very nice and very close to the sea. The only negative thing is the parking which is not close but five minutes walk.

The apartment itself was not bad but still in need of improvement. The meeting house was unfortunately hardly acceptable as it smelled very bad
