List of things to do: - shave the interior - redo bathroom - in fact redo everything - Peter the paneling and put insulation under the extension roof - rinsed dishes, to change - dangerous superimposed list (the mess opens on its own it's not no matter what) - outdoor table too big for the terrace, broken parasol - rusty "long" chair - put induction hob - dripping toilet flush - no siphon in the shower = it stinks of shit Points (+): - proximity from the beach - swimming pool - parking
