The accommodation is a bit dated and unfortunately not very well maintained. The lighting is dim, there's no hook for the shower head, and the oven was broken. However, we really appreciated the washing machine and dishwasher—especially with three children. However, the house is very noisy, and the doors offer little more than privacy. Without the breathtaking view, the rating would have been significantly lower...

Old but nice apartment. Not many lamps/lights but very nice view. Private terrace + terrace to share with the other tenants of the residence, very nice too. On the other hand, no swimming pool contrary to what was written in the advertisement...

A particularly beautiful house. Beautifully situated within walking distance of Le Lavandou. Via the beach road of St. Clair and the rock walk, a walk of about fifteen minutes. During our stay it was quiet, no neighbours, in the season perhaps a bit busier. Ideal for two people and very doable with two children.

... from the terrace. Nice big room, comfortable beds in the two small bedrooms. Bathroom very small but practical. Driveway to the carport = hell, very steep!
