Damp smell in the apartment. The red floor is extinguished on the belongings. The door is not insulated, it's open 2 cm at the bottom. As a result, we can hear every noise.

A disastrous week-long stay. The apartment had no ventilation, an unbearable smell of damp, a dilapidated home, and a completely uncomfortable bed (guaranteed back pain). The cleanliness was unacceptable, the shower was dirty, and there was no direct view of anyone else. It's shameful to rent a studio in such a pitiful state.

Overall the location is quiet and nice, easy access to all directions, for those who like travel around. But the sofa bed is something TERRIBLE, it is the medieval torturing device from the inquisition times. It is not the really big investment to purchase new frame for new mattress from Ikea for ex. Also the constant smell of mold whenever you keep the window opened 24/7.
