We spent a week in this apartment where it was between 30° and 35°. The air conditioning is reserved for the owners (who remove the remote control), so it was impossible to cool the air. There were only 2 fans circulating the heat and making noise. In the middle of a heatwave, it was unbearable. The photos show the air conditioning, so it's misleading, so I don't recommend this apartment at all in summer. And for winter, it's best to check the DPE.

House is on the 3rd floor, right on the beach, separated only by the boulevard. There is air conditioning, but it may only be used by the owner. And this despite the price for this house. Cleaning was done months ago. Reception and info in Interhome office was amateurish. Only French commentary. You want wifi and parking ? Pay and sign document. Bonjour. You will receive a brochure of the house, drawn up in French language and Google English.
