Les Cascadelles Apartment 5

A very nice apartment in a well-maintained complex. Excellent parking facilities. The key handover and explanation of the interior features, such as air conditioning, were perfectly organized. The bathroom needs a bit of renovation. We would book the apartment again through Interhome at any time. We stayed in the same building last year.

Very well located apartment, overlooking the port. Very quiet, spacious, clean. Small free shuttle to the port to get around (restaurants). Impeccable stairwell. Everything necessary in the kitchen and in the bedroom. Impeccable residence, very well maintained. We only had a small problem with the television, we did without it.

We were very happy with the apartment in Les Marines de Cogolin, as everything was perfect and the apartment was very well equipped; even the air conditioning was very pleasant at 39 degrees.

The nice thing about the apartment is the great view of the harbor. We have stayed in this apartment 8 times already and have noticed the constant deterioration of the furnishings. For example, the tablecloth on the balcony has been repaired in several places with brown packing tape. Some cupboards that could previously be used are now declared private and locked. The parking situation has deteriorated extremely due to the private blocking of some parking spaces (new marina)!

All in all, great accommodation, the handling itself was also very good, everything was well organized. Only the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. After we entered the accommodation for the first time, we discovered dead flies all over the floor. Otherwise, we first cleaned everything ourselves before we could enjoy our stay. Except for the cleanliness everything was fine and to our complete satisfaction. We'd love to come back.

PANORAMIC AND QUIET

Unfortunately there was only one key, although we lived in the accommodation with 2 adults. Unfortunately, it is not possible for one person to go shopping and the other person to go to the pool.

Nice stay, small elevator and toilet, bathroom is a bit outdated, but everything works perfectly, air conditioning is perfect, and the view on the balcony is nice, the bed is good and big.

A shower curtain in the bath and a new dresser are great.

Simply justce what we needed for our short sailing break. The proximity to the marina (and even land based amenities) and the comfort of the property ensure we had a wonderful time.
