Where to start, bathroom, cold water, hs shower, no power outlet, needs a facelift, non-existent dishwasher, sofa bed in very poor condition, old furniture, good point electric barbecue but no extension cord outside or in the veranda therefore unusable, bunk bed placed (1 bed placed vulgarly on 1 others), dangerous non-compliant electricity in the kitchen, washing machine at the end of its life (at the spin noise of hammers) damage very pretty potential.
