Once all the extra costs are added this property is expensive. Key collection is a 6km round trip from the station (I primarily booked the apartment as it is near the station), and the opposite end of the croisette Bed sheets were extra, the bed not even made up and a sheet was stained. Wifi extra and didn't work. The patio was dirty, floors and furniture. The toilet stained. Overall, yes a good location once checked in, but an apartment that doesn't seem cared for, nor is the customer.

satisfactory condition except for a shelf in the wardrobe stained with water...due to iron not stored properly... garage door impossible to close and previously warped... Owner's insurance problem according to the agency...

It is a good quality apartment in a good location, a few hundred meters from the center of the city. The furniture, on the other hand, could be found at an antique dealer, as already written by other tenants. Otherwise overall it is an apartment to recommend.

The furnishings were very worn, with private things belonging to someone in all the cupboards. There were 2 dishwashers in the kitchen, one of which was broken and half pulled out, which made the narrow corridor even narrower. There was not enough cutlery (1 coffee spoon, 2 butter knives, no bread knife). Some of the furniture was broken. I opened a cupboard door and it was completely in my hand. The garage was built for Smart. There were no towels, even though I paid 18€ per person.
