Cannes Bay

The relatively spacious place is very close to the sand Palm beach - you just out and on the sea, which makes it nice. It is fully barrier free and easy to reach with garage, yet a bit narrow - very practical in the area. it has all you may need, yet the place is already in years and need some clear repair - especially on electrical side and appliances, bath is also need some ground cleaning due to black mould starting to build up a lot. The area is nice, yet flat is not perfectly sound proof.

The apartment is good, convenient, there is parking.

Positive: Good location. Negative: Old furniture except for the patio furniture, dirty terrace and unkempt garden, moldy air conditioning, worn-out mattresses, broken refrigerator, stiff patio doors, poor cleaning in general. Unfriendly staff at the Interhome office in Cannes.

Despite the construction site in the house, the accommodation was good for me. The furnishings are functional. The sink in the kitchen needs servicing. The heating/air conditioning worked well.

Throw away the chairs! They are dirty and dangerous.

Ideal location next to the sea, this ground floor accommodation is exposed on the street behind in parallel, set back from the road with a beautiful terrace covered by an electric awning. Quiet, secure, while being close to the lively corners of the Croisette and the center, with bus or shuttle right next to it to get around easily for those who wish to avoid walking! Vehicle can remain cool throughout the stay in the reserved space in the underground garage! I recommend
