House very well located, quiet with a beautiful view of the sea and the islands. Too bad the layout and decoration date from another century. The maintenance also leaves something to be desired: cleaning barely done on arrival, electric meter not sized to operate the hotplates and the oven (the leads jump: 16 amps instead of 32 on the meter) and wall sockets who stand out. A major refresh would be necessary.
