We have been staying at Cap Esterel for several years and always enjoy the setting and ambiance. This year, we appreciated the improvements to this accommodation, including air conditioning and a more open terrace. However, we regret the quality of some of the paid services offered within the complex; the 9-hole golf course, in particular, is very poorly maintained, which in no way justifies the high price. This could influence our choice of destination in the future.

Note: Good Studio well located .. beautiful sea view .. a terrace a little cluttered by a square table much too big .. In the future the investment of a fixed air conditioning would be very appreciable ..

Magnificent view from the balcony. The apartment has been recently renovated and is very well equipped (fridge with freezer; nice table and chairs outside; possibility to eat inside when it rains). It would just lack a little space to store your things.

The management of the agency must imperatively question itself: more than 1h15 of waiting to collect the keys of the rental (arrival at 4:00 p.m. apartment cleaned). No empathy! Nothing to make holidaymakers wait who, as we had traveled more than 700 kms This same agency manager "looks down on you" as soon as he is asked a question: Recommendation: A RECONVERSION IS IMPOSED Regarding the apartment very well even if prices have increased compared to year N-1
