For shared use: natural state property 380 m2 (fenced) with trees. Motor access (20 m via unmade road). Stepped path to the house. Parking at the house. Shop 850 m, sandy beach 1.5 km.

Perfect location! Quiet and shady. The small strip of garden around the house is stably fenced in, making it ideal for dog owners. Sea-view! The beach and harbor are within easy walking distance. You can also walk to the lonely (steep) coast and a little-visited bay - access is a bit difficult via via ferrata. Supervision of the apartment on site very nice, helpful and German speaking. Unfortunately the house is getting old. Dishwasher broken, bed couch bad.

We (63m+50w) were in the property from February 19th, 2022 to March 5th, 2022. The equipment of the object was "as described". The free WiFi access and the reception of German TV programs were very advantageous. UNFORTUNATELY there was a new building and two construction sites on the two adjacent properties, where the excavation had just begun. As expected, the sea view will no longer be available in 2-3 months. Photos available, I would be happy to provide them!
