Beautiful, cosy, comfortable house "L'Escarpe des Arbousiers". 2 km from the centre of Saint Aygulf, 10 km from the centre of Saint Raphael, 30 km from the centre of Saint Tropez, residential area (villas), 300 m from the sea. Private: beautiful garden 1'800 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (10 x 8 m, seasonal availability: 15.Mar. - 15.Nov.). Unconventional pool shape. Boules, terrace, parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 2 km, sandy beach 2 km, rocky beach 300 m. Golf course 8 km. As part of the water restriction measures linked to the drought in certain French areas, please note that the swimming pool may be closed until the lifting of the legal restrictions authorizing again the filling and the top-up in water from all swimming pools and basins for private use. Architecturally very nice, spacious house, nice clean pool, great view. Good kitchen equipment. The electrics in the garden area were defective. Depending on the wind direction, an unpleasant odor from the neighboring property spread to the terrace area.

The accommodation is suitable for small children as the pool is not directly in front of the house. The furniture in the house is mostly garden furniture.

The house is very good, the setting and the geographical position are tops. The garden, terrace and swimming pool are great even if we didn't take advantage of them due to the weather. Special mention for the kindness of S... who welcomed us for the keys. On the other hand, the house was difficult and long to heat because the central heating is not on top. In addition, the house had had water damage shortly before and smelled of humidity, especially in the kitchen area.

This accommodation has a wonderful sea view. It is quiet and you can enjoy your holiday to the fullest! The kitchen is well equipped. The key holder was super nice and very flexible. The house was clean and tidy, you could clean the doors and put the pillows through the washing machine on your own. Beds and mattresses good. The covers of the lounges outside were worn out, had holes, were dirty, the lounges were worn out, which really disappointed us.

Great house for large group or families! We were there with 4 couples, the facility is a bit sterile but functional. Kitchen equipment is ok, but if you want to cook yourself you have to use more pans than pots. New furniture was delivered during our stay, new couch, new dining room and the old dining room was placed on the terrace, which means the plastic furniture from the pictures is not more current! Makes the whole thing even more valuable! The pool and the view from there is a dream, but unfortunately the outside lighting of the complex and the pool didn't work. According to Interchalet, this should be fixed soon. The location is rather quiet, you rarely hear the sounds of the coast road. All in all a great house with a feel-good guarantee!
