Open kitchen (3 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds, 1 sofabed and shower. Exit to the garden. Electric heating. 2 terraces. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6). Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

Beautiful house "Serapias", detached. 7 km from the centre of Cogolin, 16 km from the centre of Saint Tropez, 9 km from the centre of Grimaud, 10 km from the sea. Private: natural state property 10'000 m2, terraced garden (not fenced), swimming pool (11 x 5 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with alarm system. Motor access (300 m via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Carport. Shop 7 km, sandy beach 10 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. As part of the water restriction measures linked to the drought in certain French areas, please note that the swimming pool may be closed until the lifting of the legal restrictions authorizing again the filling and the top-up in water from all swimming pools and basins for private use. After the terrible fire disaster in 2021, we were happy to come back this year. We were happy to find everything the way it was before the fire. We were here for the sixth time, which speaks for itself. Special praise to the manager. As always, everything went perfectly.

I personally wish for softer mattresses. WiFi only works indoors. If you absolutely need WiFi on the terrace, you should bring a WiFi amplifier with you. Our highlight was a renegade flock of sheep that enjoyed themselves in our garden. The garden seems to be endless. There are no limits to be seen. There is an unobstructed view of nature. Of course, the pool is NOT heated. Can't wait either! Great cooling in summer.

a very nice house to relax and rest. positive: large, lots of space and quiet inside and out, no direct neighbors, 2 refrigerators, large pool, good facilities, negative: no air conditioning, no laundry and cleaning service after a week's stay, electricity and laundry not included in the price (that's very weak for such a price, we are used to better from other houses in the region), bad access/road, dust under the beds,

We loved everything about our stay in this house. The house is situated about 10 min. from the town of Cogolin. Is is very quiet as it lays in the middle of a forest. It has a big and very beautiful pool. The pool and the garden are lightened at night. It is so nice to swim in the pool, while looking at the beautiful starry night in the evening. The house had averything we needed, Including a big gas bbq. The communication with Interhome was very easy + quick. The house keeper is very nice.

We really enjoyed our stay in the house; upon arrival the house was super clean - everything is as described, the garden is great! The highest praise goes to the caretaker; Never before on many vacations have we had such a nice, committed property manager who was interested in the well-being of the guests;...thank you very much! Nice neighborhood with a pool, access via a gravel road with lots of potholes. Very friendly on-site service by the agency that rents the house. The only real downside: One of the two toilets is integrated into a bedroom as a bathroom suite, so that 8 of us had to share the other (small) toilet.
