Shop, grocery 50 m, supermarket 9 km, restaurant 50 m, sandy beach "Les Marines de Gassin" 13 km. Sports harbour 14 km, sailing school 14 km, minigolf 12 km. Nearby attractions: Parc d'attractions Azur Park 12 km, Port Grimaud 13 km, Saint-Tropez 18 km, Le Lavandou 22 km, Toulon 52 km, Nice 118 km. The house is very nice, the kitchen fully equipped, two bedrooms on the ground floor, a large living room, all air-conditioned, in the basement two more bedrooms with toilet and shower (downstairs not necessarily nice, not air-conditioned, but functional with its own staircase to the pool. The Pool was a good size and was serviced weekly, however the large parasol was missing We were promised a replacement at the start of our 2 week holiday, however this did not work out for the 2 weeks

We appreciated the place, the calm, the services. We have two remarks: - it would be good to include WIFI in the price and above all, not to have a limit of 2GB per day. This is outdated at present - the beds are not very comfortable

We had a wonderful stay in this charming house with large spaces. We appreciated all the equipment present on site, especially in the kitchen. The swimming pool and the terrace are a real plus for the summer.
