There is a 28” flat screen TV with English speaking news channels also complimentary WiFi access. There is also a WIFI dock so you can provide a theme tune for your holiday. We also have a portable dyson fan to keep you cool.KitchenThe stylish modern kitchen is separated from the open plan living area by a white breakfast bar where you can sit and enjoy croissants and coffee in the morning. The kitchen has all the mod cons including a fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, grill / oven and a four ring hob. It is fully equipped with a kettle, toaster, cafetiere and a large selection of cooking equipment.DiningThere is a stylish dining table in the open plan living area with seating for four people. There is a contemporary breakfast bar in the kitchen area which seats two.BedroomThe cool double bedroom is spacious and boasts a built in wardrobe and contemporary steel grey chest of drawers for clothes storage. There is also a radiator in the bedroom.BathroomThe contemporary white tiled bathroom has a shower cubicle, sink and vanity unit and toiletNeighbourhoodCarré D’or is a vibrant area of Nice which is in part pedestrianised. You’re two blocks back from the beach and only a few minutes walk to the famous Negresco hotel. Walk down Rue de France and you’ll experience the plethora of paveside cafés and restaurants and boutique and designer shops. Less than a 5 minute walk and you’ll arrive at Place Masséna across from which you’ll find the maze of picturesque narrow streets know as the Old Town. This is a fantastic central location to enjoy this varied and lively city, literally everything is on your door step.Public TransportIf arriving on the 98 airport bus your nearest bus stop is ‘Congrès/Promenade’ outside hotel ‘Palais de la Méditerranée’ on Promenade des Anglais. Gare SNCF Nice Ville train station is a good 15 minute walk. But you can use the tram. Tram stop ‘Masséna’ is your closest stop and is a 5 minute walk to/ from the apartment.
