There is a dining table to seat 4 and a sun lounger for more relaxing moments. (Please note: Aura is in a quiet residential neighbourhood and there are noise restrictions after 10pm) BedroomsAura has one double (160cmx200cm), looking out on to the terrace, has beautiful parquet flooring, bedside tables and lamps, and plenty of storage with built-in wardrobes. There is a single (90cmx200cm) room which looks on to the living area through an industrial-styled interior window and it too offers cupboard space.(If you wish to use the extra sleeping space provided, then the sofabed in the living room sleeps two. Please note, there is an additional cost for sofabed linen and towels which can be purchased when you book this property) Bathroom The bathroom has a glass shower cubicle, a stylish, square basin and space for all your necessities. There is a washing machine, and laundry equipment and the convenience of a separate WC. Living AreaBright, smart and contemporary, the living area has French windows opening on to the terrace and is tiled throughout. Sit back and relax on the large sofa, there is a TV, DVD and music system as well as wifi should you need it.  Kitchen and Dining AreaTo one side of the open space lounge is a kitchen area with breakfast bar. The refined style continues with a black and chrome theme which may encourage some haute cuisine! The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven, microwave, kettle and toaster, and a second French window gives your culinary creations plenty of light and the chef plenty of air. NeighbourhoodThe area around the Place du Pin/ Rue Bonaparte, referred to also as the ‘Petit Marais Niçois’, has become the trendy area of Nice with its collection of stylish bars, restaurants and boutiques nestled in amongst the local boulangeries and corner shops. Here the locals, young and old, rub shoulders with visitors and there truly is a sense of neighbourhood and camaraderie as you buy your morning baguette, sit in a café to contemplate life or take a stroll around the port. There are no end of eating establishments to try: from the local speciality socca at Chez Pipo, to the fine dining of Jan and the heavenly patisseries from Deli Bo. The tram in Place Garibaldi will take you conveniently into the centre of town and up to the railway station, although the beautiful 15 minute walk down the newly renovated Promenade de Paillon should not be missed.  By Car: Closest parking: Promenade des Arts.
