Already the arrival was bad, because the name of the holiday resort was not completely correct and we weren't sure if we were at the right place. Reception couldn't help us & sent us to interhome next door at 5.30pm. It was closed & we didn't get the email with the code for the safe. No one could be reached by phone either. Luckily we somehow managed to get into the apartment & had to spend the first night without towels or bed linen.
