Large, beautiful villa "La Garance", surrounded by trees. 4 km from the centre of Grasse, 22 km from the centre of Cannes, in a sunny position on a slope, in the residential district, 22 km from the sea, in the countryside, south facing position. Private: large terraced garden, 1'750 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool (12 x 6 m, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.). Outdoor shower, pool house with fridge and cooking stove, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, parking on the premises. Supermarket 3 km. As part of the water restriction measures linked to the drought in certain French areas, please note that the swimming pool may be closed until the lifting of the legal restrictions authorizing again the filling and the top-up in water from all swimming pools and basins for private use. Beautiful spacious house in a beautiful location. Some overdue maintenance. (broken screens, running doors, curtain rings defective) In the downstairs bathroom is missing a shower screen so everything gets wet. Beautiful pool and outdoor kitchen with bbq. Lots of privacy. Beautiful garden. The road to it is steep and narrow requires some steering skills. Despite flaws, we enjoyed our stay in La Garange with 8 adults and two children.

Very clean, well-equipped villa, perfect for a pleasant stay with friends. Access is however quite difficult but apart from that, nothing to complain about.

Beautiful property with space for 10 people, beautiful garden, beautiful and large swimming pool, not overlooked, quiet area. Access by small sloping alleys a little difficult, and a pity that the house is not sufficiently maintained because the potential is enormous. Insufficient WIFI. There remains a good address on the heights of Grasse.

The house is very nice and is very quiet. The pool is large and the garden with old trees is very inviting. Unfortunately, the good impression fades when you take a closer look... The sun loungers by the pool are old, rusty and sagging. The awning is old and has mold spots, tears in the fabric are already visible. In the upstairs bedroom is an old, dingy carpet that is peeling at the edges. The cupboards are full of glasses and crockery but not 4 fit together.
