Some problems not the reserved rental still not reimbursed the differential, hot water not started when I was told that everything is on, the children showered with cold water the first day, request for a deposit at the arrival not informed beforehand, high cleaning requirements although in the announcement it is not specified and no possibility of taking the cleaning option, hair found in a room, the announcement is not clear concerning household linen provided.

having had to part with a family home in Royan, I was happy to find this rental opposite the Club des Orques where my grandchildren go every summer; great disenchantment because of the problem of water leaks, the smell of humidity and nuisance to the neighborhood

Accommodation not clean when we arrived. broken sockets, etc. very noisy, you can hear everything from the neighbours.... an owner was even doing work from 9 a.m. on the 5th floor that you could hear up to the ground floor... quite disappointing...
