No coat hook in the bathroom to hang pajamas and clothes Sheep under the beds with long black hair Plates not wiped in the cupboard Stove and pot not scrubbed Entrance step sticky Spilled soda Balcony and terrace not swept (dried grass and leaves)

This was our fourth time at the resort. The resort was, as always, very clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful! Unfortunately, our house was not as clean as we had hoped. Unfortunately, we had to do a little basic cleaning.
