The rental agency is responsive but we faced some very impactful shortcomings: - the heating was not on - the bed linen was not present despite the addition of this option - a lot of humidity in the kitchen furniture and mold on some plates (first rental of the season probably). With the announced presence of a baby we are very unhappy with this and the lack of apology from the staff. Fortunately we had arrived in the afternoon.
