- Handover 45 minutes later than agreed, house needs renovation (doors don't close, old furniture, worn out mirror in bathroom), bad internet, both parasols torn. It is fenced in, but the garden fence has 2 holes, rudimentary house information written by hand is sometimes difficult to read. House not clean when handed over. + Very quiet location, garage available. Practically 2 wet rooms spread over 2 floors. Quimiac, Kerkabellec, Kerdandec can be reached in 10 to 15 minutes on foot.
