The detached house about 400m from the beach is furnished with everything you need for self-sufficiency. However, it is a bit built up and only has a very small kitchen. Garden and some things in the house need renovation. Recommendation: take bikes with you, the few bakers and the center of l'Épine are otherwise too far away on foot.
