Fan not working No air conditioning No cleaning

Rental too cramped for 4 on the other hand for 2 perfect. The badly fixed bathroom shower. Problem with receiving channels on the TV (maybe see the antenna. Lack of a toaster) The fan in the room is unusable because it is very dirty.
