The apartment is very quiet, right by the sea and has everything you need. The pillows and mattresses took some getting used to. The silicone seals in the bathroom urgently need replacing. The couch needs replacing. The deck chair on the terrace is also very old. But the beautiful area and the peace and quiet made up for a lot. Top WiFi, good value for money.

- Slatted base of a single bed damaged and dangerous, risk of falling. - Double bed bedroom door rubs and makes noise. - The bay window shutter no longer works. -There are buffers missing under the chairs, noisy when moved. -The salad spinner that does not work. -No WIFI access. -By correct cleaning account and clean bed linen. -Very nice residence. Apartment a little dilapidated even if the essentials are there. The good sides: the sea nearby, the swimming pool and the terrace. Dogs are tolerated and not accepted (every day a remark on the fact that it is on a leash and yes I have read the rules!). Young children are accepted but are not allowed to play within the grounds of the residence. You have to go outside. Luckily the portal isn't far away. In short, a residence for seniors who love tranquility.
