The apartment is well located, with parking space. Quite functional, however, no double glazing, you can hear the nightclub 500m away and the apartment is not cool, no blind on the terrace or parasol to be able to eat outside and cut the sun. A "vinegar" kit would be welcome.

Clean apartment, well equipped, with the exception of the air conditioning which is essential given the heat it is there. Forced to sleep with the windows open but not yet enough to feel the slightest freshness. Moreover, a disco nearby which, in addition to the heat, prevents you from sleeping...
