Dilapidated accommodation no Vmc not to mention the defective roller shutter which cost us 120 euros deposit but a breathtaking view of the sea

Excellent location, but bunk beds for children too cramped for older teenagers. Ideal for families with children from 5 to 10 years old. A neighbor occupying a nearby apartment in the hallway all year round, smoker and forcing the hallway window to be left open: smell of cigarettes in the apartment and constant draught. Not great.

Unwelcoming common area, which can even make you feel uncomfortable. Dilapidated apartment, many works would be expected, in particular the bathroom which is completely redone! (moldy joints and peeling wallpaper !!!) Poor quality and old furniture... Broken bunk bed ladder, broken chair, burn mark on the floor... The second bedroom is not one but only a closet in which a bunk bed has been installed. Only positive point: the sea view

This small apartment is in an unacceptable condition, it should be renovated urgently. Furnishings very neglected, starting with the broken shower rod, the broken parasol and the sparse equipment of the kitchen utensils. We found the curtains in the bedroom on the last day as a "Käuel" in a corner of the dirty closet. The wooden roof is missing on the balcony. One has the impression that no one cares about this apartment, only quickly rented again, a pity!
