Pleasant house with everything available but big flat on the lack of air conditioning especially in the upstairs rooms under the roof. Flat for the garden which lacks maintenance

There is no air conditioning, it is very hot in the house and when you open the windows there are mosquitoes and other critters ... so could not enjoy the garden
