This apartment is pleasant due to its location in relation to the beaches, shops, and walking paths, but while its exposure can be appreciated in summer, this was not the case for our 2-week stay. Located to the north and never a ray of sunshine, we were really cold. The ventilation, especially in the bedroom, cooled the entire studio. And there was no means of heating. The carpet in the living room is useless...

Apartment suitable for 4 people, with underground garage, closed box. Plus a washing machine available. On the other hand, no elevator so 2 floors to climb and no dishwasher

The big plus is the garage. Excellent location close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Good also the presence of the swimming pool. The big negative point is the noisy aspect of the fact that the apartment overlooks a very busy avenue. Small suggestion: a fan in summer would be great.

Good location to the center (restaurants) and the beach (about 8-10 minutes on foot). Bakery, 2 restaurants and small shop in the immediate vicinity (1 min). Parking space in the garage is very small and only for small cars.

Pros: Rental very well located in relation to the beach and the shops. Everything can be done on foot. Top floor. Garage included in the rental, good surprise for storing bikes. Cons: orientation on a busy street of vehicles. Good soundproofing windows closed.
