This apartment is okay. There would of course be some details to improve but compared to the other apartments rented in this agency, it is better. We can see that the owners have all the same made some efforts. On the other hand, not satisfied with the "residence management": gardeners with blowers on Monday morning, a neighbor who works all day Wednesday with a circular saw, thank you for the noise, the trustee agrees, the Town Hall is okay so the Agency can't do anything... Friday morning, the gardeners with their mowers, of course the gardens have to be maintained but that could be done with electric mowers at another time of the day!!! WIFI sucks, I have been coming to GM for 5 years, WIFI has been rented for 5 years but it does not follow ... the Agency knows it, yet it is she who rents the service , Bouygues knows it, (I called them), and everyone passes the buck... In France, 5th world power, in one of the most beautiful places in this country, where there is no shortage of money, the internet which is nevertheless "the norm" and charged extra, works in an acceptable way only from 2am to 9am. Then we wonder why the country is doing badly. Requiring that the internet be automatically installed in each apartment via cable should have been done a long time ago. I had already decided to no longer spend my winter holidays in France (in Avoriaz) by dint of coming across apartments in deplorable condition and having the only answer from your colleagues in Hautes-Savoie: but Sir, you don't have to complain, the station is full... Here at GM, a place that I love, the situation is not at all the same, the apartment this time is not in question, but, at reluctantly, I also decided to spend my summer holidays outside of France. Customer service: when handing over the keys and during my 2 visits during the week: Excellent
