We have been renting this apartment for several years. It is very well located (beach, shops, etc.) and the parking space is a plus. However, it could do with a good refresh. The shower drain is clogged, nothing has been done for years. The shower head was leaking last year, it has not been replaced. The fridge is at the end of its life, it runs almost 24/7 (hello ecology!). Finally, the bedding needs to be changed. Putting foam under the mattresses does not make them more comfortable.
