The house has a very nice terrace with lots of shade during the hot days. Too bad the mattresses were very hard which made sleeping difficult. The fan makes a lot of noise and you couldn't turn it on while sleeping. The children were sorry that there was no wifi and air conditioning would have been useful as the temperature in the house rose to 28.5 degrees.

Every year we try to return to Cap d'Agde because it is a favorite destination and one that we like to share with the family. We stayed this year at Santa Monica 1 and it was great. The apartment is big enough for a family of 4, very well placed, and with everything you need. A nice little terrace was also part of the accommodation. There was also a swimming pool for the whole family, table tennis and spa

Positive point: close to the beach. Negative point: the accommodation is located on the ground floor, a lot of vis-à-vis, no garden furniture, damage to the garden. Another negative point: we reported that the cleaning had not been done properly (greasy stain on the plate, sand on the ground) For the swimming pool, we were warned a few days before the stay that it was not available due to Covid19, except a sign in the residence indicated Closed for the 2020 season
