- No air conditioning. The apartment faces south. From 1 p.m. onwards, you're locked in until 8 p.m. Not to mention the heat on the first floor, which makes it impossible to sleep. + Very well-maintained swimming pool.

The apartment and the location were perfect! The only thing missing was a few loungers for the terrace! There was only one there!

The location and the complex itself are great. The apartment shows the usual signs of wear and tear. The sofa was a negative, however. Completely worn and dirty. It definitely needs to be replaced. That's why the overall rating is only satisfactory. Otherwise, the room layout and furnishings are OK. The shower room is modern and relatively new.

The apartment is in a great location with a view of the pool from the balcony and upstairs a lovely semi wraparound roof terrace overlooking the car park with sea views and on the other side also overlooking the pool with great panoramic views. The beach and the shopping street can be reached on foot in 2 minutes. The apartment is nicely furnished and was clean. Bathroom even with daylight. We felt very comfortable and would book the apartment again!

In terms of cleanliness, the apartment did not meet our standards and certainly not the standards of interhom. The cleaning team forgot to clean every corner of the living room and closets. Furthermore, the fittings of the sinks were not fixed, which made operation difficult. The plants from our last visit in 2019 were still on the floor of the balcony. The high WP is not justified for the Whg. U. N to recommend

The residence is very well kept. Very nice swimming pool. It is rather adapted to people seeking calm. The apartment is very good, good layout giving an impression of space. The 2 bedrooms are very pleasant, especially the large one with a balcony overlooking Cap d'Agde. You can even see the sea. An air conditioning would be the icing on the cake.

Clean, pleasant, quiet and secure residence. Very close to the sea and to shops. The terrace can accommodate 5 people to eat but no more. Small flat on the state of the bedding of the double bed.
