The apartment is well appointed. But the furniture, bedding, sofa, etc., etc., are really too old. We had already rented this apartment 10 years ago, and nothing has changed. The equipment should be replaced and the apartment renovated given the rental prices.

Very well located.. access to the beach and games for children. All amenities. State of cleanliness leaves something to be desired. Outside table is not practical for 2 adults 2 children. Not comfortable on the couch when watching TV. Fridge to review. Impec bedding!

A very well placed apartment just in front of the sea, we have direct waterfront amenities just downstairs so perfect. On the other hand, the apartment is not maintained at all and that is a shame. The owner should change his sofa bed which is damaged and redo the paint etc.

The bedding is really to be reviewed in the double bed and the sofa bed. Apartment on the 1st floor on the roof, beware of mosquitoes, poorly ventilated, very noisy

every year we encounter difficulties for a parking space which supposedly was not included in the rental. With each reservation at the beginning of January, the parking lot is included in the rental, the day of our arrival we are asked for an additional 50 euros, which is not normal.
