Good day We were in this holiday apartment from 09/01/24 to 09/15/24. Basically everything went well. The location is great, as is the whole complex, which only residents have access to. The apartment is very quiet and spacious, but it is in need of renovation. It has been repainted, but the appliances and windows are showing their age. Dirty extractor in the kitchen. Moldy putty joints in the kitchen and bathroom. The sliding door to the balcony jammed when opening.

Excellent location for this very well maintained residence 2 steps from the beach and a few shops and restaurants. The swimming pool is sumptuous, very clean. The apartment is nice with a large balcony and a very nice view.

Immediate proximity to the beach, the bus stop and the shop. Magnificent view of the mountains. Very quiet. Lots of space for 2, just enough for 4, not enough for 6 people.

Super apartment very well equipped nothing is missing, located on the 4th floor Emme no noise ideal for a good stay we are children.

Accommodation was ok with a few flaws and could have been a bit cleaner. But otherwise the location was very good not far from the beach and shopping arcade. Motorsport was also nearby.
